the people in my life who truly love me..
Considering this really helps me realize how blessed I am! And right now, it helps me feel like 10x less isolated and lonely, even if these people are jot right here with me.
I feel the gratitude in my face, interestingly. And it actually almost forced a smile!

Take a deep breath. What do you feel grateful for right now - big or small?
Close your eyes, internalize it, really feel it. Where do you feel it in your body?
Stay with the feeling for a few moments. Let it land, expand, and settle into your cells.
